RESERVATION POLICIES:

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. All appointments end at their scheduled time. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

SPA & SALON CANCELLATION: 

All single service cancellations require 24-hour notice. Multiple services and packages require a 48-hour notice. Failure to provide proper notice may result in charging a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged for time reserved.

PLEASE KNOW: 

The use of cell phones is not allowed in spa treatment areas. We are not equipped to accommodate infants and young children during your appointment. We are not responsible for missing or lost items. Please leave your valuables at home.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

If you have any health conditions, allergies, or special need requirements, please notify us at the time of booking.
